Reading Annabel Lee at the Poe-a-Thon
Earlier today, I had a great time participating in a "Poe-a-Thon" honoring American poet Edgar Allen Poe. The event was put on by South Silver Spring's Pyramid Atlantic Art Center as part of "The Big Read," a larger initiative by the National Endowment for the Arts. In addition to sharing the stage with Congressman Chris Van Hollen, it was great spending time with Pyramid Atlantic's Executive Director, my friend Jose Dominguez.

During my brief time in the literary spotlight, I got to read Annabel Lee, the last poem completed by Poe before his death.
Tons of fun!
