Introducing the Religious Freedom and Civil Marriage Protection Act

Yesterday morning in Annapolis, I joined dozens of my colleagues to introduce marriage equality legislation. We have a fantastic opportunity to bring equal rights to the Free State this year, and I'm working as hard as I can to make it happen!
